APPLICATION
Artists please download application to your computer. Go to the link located at" http://www.ci.encinitas.ca.us/index.aspx?page=316. Please read the Instructions and Application (a fillable PDF form). Submit up to 10 JPG digital images of artwork that will be in the exhibit.

CIVIC ART GALLERIES
The Arts Division manages three galleries.
3) Encinitas Community Center Gallery, in the Encinitas Community and Senior Center, 1140 Oakcrest Park Drive, Encinitas, CA 92024. (Six week exhibits) 2-D. (We have size restrictions, and are able to hang some large artworks, no small artworks under 16X20 please.) (Three month exhibits) 3-D Info Sheet.
ARTIST REQUIREMENTS
Artists who are selected to exhibit will be required to:
1) Complete a Waiver of Indemnity and Liability releasing the City of any liability from artwork damage, loss or theft.
2) Publicize and promote the exhibit and Opening Reception to their clients, contacts and the media.
3) Be responsible for installation and de-installation, with the assistance of Arts Division staff.
4) Provide wall signs for each artwork listing: title, media, year, artist name, price or NFS, phone number, email, and website. The sign is placed to the bottom right of each work.
5) Host an Opening Reception, if you choose, and be responsible for all costs associated with the reception.
