Art space for rent
I’m a writer and use the space in the mornings, but it would be available every day from 12 noon onward.
The space is behind Birdhouse Grill on 101 in Leucadia and the rent for the artist would be $300/month, which includes utilities. Estimate it is 250-300 sq ft
